Hey!
Just to summarise the main points in the week 7 'Tech & Eng' session
1) Alphas sat at separate tables within their project teams. Alphas should continue to do this for the remainder of the term. I have attached the group lists to this thread for Alphas that were not there last week.
2) Groups got to work on a final project proposal. This should be submitted for review this Saturday (one per group). I have attached a blank copy of the proposal to this thread. Note: this proposal is different to the previous one! If you have any questions, please post them here.
3) From next week (week 8) onwards, groups will be given a folder. They are expected to fill this folder with project related material over the coming weeks. Conor and Adam will regularly use this folder to monitor progress and provide specific feedback.
4) At the end of the session, a member from each team stood up and gave an account of their project and their progress to date. Teams will be asked to do this every week for the remainder of the term.
5) Teams were told to exchange contact details and agree a method of maintaining communication between Walton Club sessions. Setting up a facebook group was recommended.
