Setting up circuits for maths/physics.

We have been doing some research but it has been fruitless thus far unfortunately. We are just enquiring to see if you know of any formula to convert torque (ie in a Servo) into a specific velocity with a mass variable (we currently don't know the mass of the ball!)

If so, is it possible to code for such a scenario, and can a regular Servo provide adequate speed. The formula for distance is " starting velocity X cos(angle of launch).
